By accessing our website, purchasing our services, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or use our services.

01. Our Services

We provide the software services described on our website, in your order, and/or in your applicable consumer agreement with us.

Depending on the plan purchased, our services may include access to a digital user interface/dashboard that offers a series of tools, administrative assistance, credit-report-related workflow services, document preparation, software-enabled services, status tracking, and related services.

The exact services purchased by a Consumer are determined by the applicable consumer agreement, order, or service description.

02. Our Relationship With You

Your contractual relationship for the consumer services is with East Contracting Incorporated.

We are responsible for the consumer-facing services we agree to provide to you.

Certain technology used to provide our services is supplied by an independent third-party software provider.

The third-party Software Provider is not your contracting party under your consumer agreement with us and does not directly charge you under that agreement.

03. Third-Party Software

Our services may use software, technology, workflow systems, document-generation tools, portals, and related technology supplied by a third-party Software Provider.

The software may allow you to:

  • Review information presented through the platform;
  • Identify specific information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • Identify information you believe is unauthorized, fraudulent, or related to identity theft;
  • Provide explanations concerning disputed information;
  • Upload supporting documentation;
  • Provide electronic signatures or authorizations;
  • Review service status, profile monitoring services; and
  • Use other functionality made available through our services.

You do not acquire ownership of the underlying software.

04. Consumer Control and Instructions

You are responsible for identifying the specific information that you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, unauthorized, fraudulent, or related to identity theft.

Depending on the functionality available, you may do so through checkboxes, electronic selections, written explanations, document uploads, electronic signatures, attestations, or similar mechanisms.

We and our authorized technology providers may rely upon your selections, representations, instructions, documents, attestations, and authorizations, subject to applicable law.

05. Truthful Information Required

You agree that information you provide to us will be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief.

You agree not to:

  1. Identify information as inaccurate when you know it is accurate;
  2. Submit a false identity-theft claim;
  3. Submit fabricated documentation;
  4. Misrepresent account ownership;
  5. Misrepresent payment history;
  6. Misrepresent dates;
  7. Misrepresent your identity;
  8. Provide knowingly false statements to a consumer reporting agency or creditor; or
  9. Ask us or our technology providers to submit information you know is false.

You should provide authentic supporting documentation whenever available and appropriate.

We do not require you to create, alter, or fabricate documentation.

We may suspend or terminate services if we reasonably believe that you are providing fraudulent or materially misleading information.

06. No Guarantee of Credit Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Removal of any particular account;
  • Correction of any particular account;
  • Removal of accurate negative information;
  • An increase in your credit score;
  • Approval for credit;
  • Approval for a mortgage;
  • Approval for an automobile loan;
  • Approval for a credit card;
  • Lower interest rates;
  • Improved lending terms; or
  • Any other particular financial result.

The ultimate determination concerning information contained in a consumer report is made by the applicable consumer reporting agency, furnisher, creditor, or other legally responsible entity.

07. Your Legal Rights

Consumers generally have legal rights concerning inaccurate or incomplete information in consumer reports and may have additional rights concerning identity theft and related matters.

You may generally dispute inaccurate information directly without hiring a credit software company.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to make a false statement or submit false information.

08. Fees and Payment

The applicable price for your services will be disclosed to you before or at the time of purchase.

Depending on the services selected, fees may include:

  • Initial fees;
  • Monthly fees;
  • Per-service fees;
  • Other disclosed service fees; or
  • Other charges expressly disclosed before purchase.

The entity charging you for the consumer services is East Contracting Incorporated.

The underlying third-party Software Provider does not directly invoice or collect payment from you under your consumer agreement with us.

09. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information and completing a purchase, you authorize us and our authorized payment processor to process the transaction for the amount disclosed to you.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We may use third-party payment processors to process card and other electronic payments.

Your payment may appear on your card or financial-account statement under the merchant descriptor associated with our business or our payment-processing arrangements.

If you do not recognize a transaction, please contact us promptly using the contact information below before initiating a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible.

10. Refund Policy — 30-Day, No-Questions-Asked Refund

YOUR SATISFACTION MATTERS TO US.

If you are not happy with our service, simply contact us within thirty (30) calendar days of your purchase and we will refund your payment — no questions asked.

You do not have to provide a reason for requesting the refund.

To request a refund, contact:

Website: www.eci.support

Business Address: 1925 South Perimeter Road #140, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309

Please provide your name and sufficient information for us to identify the transaction.

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method.

Refunds will generally be processed promptly after approval, but the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment-card issuer.

Unless otherwise required by law, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

This 30-day refund policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, chargeback, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

11. Cancellation Rights

Certain consumers may have statutory cancellation rights.

Where applicable law provides a cancellation right, we will honor that right.

If your consumer agreement provides a specific cancellation procedure or notice, that procedure will apply to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or reduce any non-waivable cancellation right.

12. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, incorrect, or otherwise should not have been charged, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or correction.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights available to you under applicable law or applicable payment-network rules.

We do not impose a penalty merely because you exercise a legally protected payment-dispute right.

13. Electronic Communications

Where permitted by law and where appropriate consent has been obtained, we may communicate with you electronically.

Electronic communications may include:

  • Agreements;
  • Service notices;
  • Transaction confirmations;
  • Payment information;
  • Refund confirmations;
  • Account notices;
  • Customer-service communications;
  • Security notices; and
  • Other legally permitted communications.

You may withdraw electronic consent where required by applicable law.

14. Account Security

If we provide you with an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to maintain appropriate security.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

18. Intellectual Property

Our website, content, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to us or our licensors unless otherwise indicated.

The underlying software and technology used to provide certain services may be owned by an independent third-party Software Provider.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of proprietary software or technology to you.

19. Third-Party Services

Our services may depend upon third-party technology, payment processors, consumer-reporting services, hosting providers, communication providers, authentication providers, or other third-party services.

We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, policies, or systems of third parties to the extent permitted by law.

20. Service Availability

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain our services.

However, services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance;
  • Updates;
  • Security events;
  • Internet or telecommunications failures;
  • Third-party service interruptions;
  • Government or regulatory requirements;

  • Other technical circumstances.

22. Limitation of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our website and technology are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

  • The website will always be available;
  • The software will always operate without interruption;

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your intentional misuse of our services, fraud, knowingly false information, fabricated documentation, unauthorized use of another person's information, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own conduct to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

25. Modification of Services

We may modify, update, add, or discontinue portions of our website or services from time to time.

Changes to purchased services will be handled in accordance with your consumer agreement and applicable law.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or affirmative acceptance, we will provide that notice or obtain that acceptance.

27. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes concerning your consumer agreement or services shall be governed by the law specified in the applicable consumer agreement, subject to mandatory federal and state consumer-protection laws.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

29. No Waiver of Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms or our services is intended to:

  1. Waive a statutory consumer right;
  2. Restrict your right to dispute inaccurate information;
  3. Authorize false statements;
  4. Eliminate a mandatory cancellation right;
  5. Eliminate a mandatory disclosure;
  6. Waive a non-waivable legal remedy;

If a provision conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the mandatory law will control to the extent of the conflict.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your applicable consumer agreement, Privacy Policy, applicable order information, and other documents expressly incorporated into your agreement, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of our services.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a separately signed consumer agreement, the separately signed consumer agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
