01. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, company, email, phone number, and the contents of your inquiry — and information our partner firms provide to us so we can deliver fulfillment, document processing, and identity-theft remediation services on their behalf.
02. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, perform contracted services, process and forward documents, maintain our systems, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the quality of our work. We do not sell personal information.
03. Information handled for partners
When we act as a white-label fulfillment provider, we process client information only under the instructions of the partner firm that engaged us, and in line with that firm's privacy commitments.
04. How we protect information
Documents and records move through controlled, access-restricted channels. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle.
05. Sharing
We share information only with the partner firm that engaged us, with service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
06. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide services, satisfy contractual and legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
07. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, subject to legal and contractual limits. If your information was provided by a partner firm, we may direct your request to them.
08. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date below reflects the latest version.
